1. Who we are
IPTV CANADA operates IPTV Canada and is responsible for the personal information described here. Privacy questions go to contact@iptv-premiumcanada.com.
2. What we collect
- Contact details, such as your name, email address and WhatsApp number, when you write to us or order.
- Order details, such as your plan, dates and amount paid.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical information needed for setup and support, such as your device type, player app, IP address and connection issues.
- Basic website data. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google servers.
3. Why we use it
- To provide the Service and activate your account.
- To process payments and keep records of orders.
- To give you support and answer your questions.
- To prevent abuse, such as account sharing beyond your plan.
- To meet legal obligations.
We send marketing messages only if you agree, as required by Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL), and you can opt out at any time.
4. Consent
By giving us your information you agree to the uses described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits, by contacting us. If you withdraw consent we may no longer be able to provide the Service.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers we use to run the Service, such as payment, hosting and messaging providers, and with authorities when the law requires it.
Some providers may store or process information outside Canada (this website is hosted on a server in Helsinki, Finland, and WhatsApp messages and payments are handled by providers that may store data in the United States or elsewhere). In that case the information may be subject to the laws of those places.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires: support messages for up to 2 years, and order and payment records for up to 6 years for accounting and tax purposes. We then delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to account information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Write to contact@iptv-premiumcanada.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Residents of Québec can also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
9. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
10. Children
The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
