1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the IPTV Canada website and subscription service (the “Service”), operated by IPTV CANADA (“we”, “us”). By ordering or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
We provide access to a streaming television service through compatible player apps on your own internet-connected devices. You need a stable internet connection and a compatible device. We do not supply equipment or internet access.
Channel lists, programs and features can change over time. We do not guarantee that any particular channel, program or event will be available at all times.
3. Content
IPTV is a legal technology. Whether a particular service is legal depends on where its channels, sports and shows come from. Under Canada's Copyright Act, accessing or distributing copyrighted content without the permission of the rights holder can be copyright infringement, whatever technology delivers it. We provide subscription access to streams supplied by third-party providers. Please make sure you have the right to watch content in your region. This is general information, not legal advice.
You agree to use the Service only in ways that are lawful where you live.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your province or territory.
Your login details are for your own household. The number of screens you can use at the same time depends on the plan you buy. Do not share, sell or publish your login details. We may suspend access if we detect use beyond your plan.
5. Plans, prices and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Prices are in Canadian dollars. No taxes are added at checkout: the price you see is the price you pay.
You can pay by: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac e-Transfer and cryptocurrency. Each plan covers the period you choose. No. Each plan ends at the end of the period you paid for, and we do not charge you again unless you choose to renew.
6. Free trial
24-hour free trial is available on request. One trial per household. We may end a trial that is abused.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, share or redistribute the Service without our written agreement;
- record or copy content in order to redistribute it;
- try to disrupt the Service or bypass the limits of your plan;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service running smoothly, but interruptions can happen because of maintenance, third-party outages or events outside our control. We may change, add or remove features and channels. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, contact us and we will work out a fair remedy.
Suspension and ending the Service
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Any refund is handled under our Refund Policy.
Limits on our liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan the claim relates to.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law where you live, including in Québec.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be brought before the courts of Québec, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
